Dale Wayne (Luke) Luokkala, age 85, son of John and Hilda Luokkala, passed away March 9, 2021, at the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. Dale was the youngest of 15 children. Dale graduated from Esko High School in Esko, Minnesota and was very active in sports.
He is survived by his first wife Pat; and children, Jeff and Monica Luokkala; second wife, Rose and her children; and sisters, Margie Price and Ruth Williams of Battle Ground, Washington.
When Dale moved to Vancouver, Washington, he started his own business, "Luke's Concrete & Cement". Dale served in the military (Army) for two years and four of his brothers served as well. One brother died in Pearl Harbor at the beginning of World War II.
We all miss Dale very much! May he rest in peace.
