Wesley Duplechin , a resident of Ragley, Louisiana was born May 17, 1935 in Crowley, Louisiana and passed away April 26, 2021 at the age of 85.
He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marjorie Duplechin, son, Jacob Duplechin and wife, Jennifer of Lafayette, Louisiana; grandchildren, Alexis Maple and husband, Matt, Ian Hanchey of Austin, Texas, Jarrett Duplechin and Gavin Duplechin of Lafayette, Louisiana. He is also survived by his brother, Calvin Duplechin and wife, Elnora of Ragley, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Christoph and Louise (Menard) Duplechin, daughter, Constance Marie Duplechin.
The family will receive friends from 5 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2021 with a Rosary to be held at 6:00 p.m. at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 West Fourth Street, DeQuincy, La. The funeral service with be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at
