Funeral rites for Mrs. Hattie Painter, 80, former resident of Route 1, who died Tuesday at Osawatomie, were held at 10 a.m. yesterday at the Konantz Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Wesley Fornwalt, First Church of God, conducted the services. Music was furnished by David Freeman, soloist, accompanied by his wife, Lucillee Freeman, organist.
Burial was in Clarksburg Cemetery. Pall Bearers were L. E. Weaver, Clifford McGuire, H.T. McGinnis, Sam Pellam, John Hall and Charles Snyder.
