I do not know the circumstances of Alan's death--he was obviously very young. He was working as a machinist and was married to Bernice Stasack. They had a daughter, Patricia Anne, born in Chicago on October 17, 1937. I assume Bernice remarried. I do not have further information on her or their daughter.
