John Franklin "Frank" Peacock, age 67 of Trenton, passed away July 15, 2015. He was a Vietnam veteran.
Mr. Peacock is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patsy Lee Peacock; sons, Johnny Peacock (Lorraine) and Jamey Peacock; daughter, Janice Peacock; grandchildren, Kristina Peacock, John David Peacock, Aaron Peacock, Sandra Hope Williams, Liem Peacock, Eveie Brooke Peacock, Miracle Peacock and Nolan Peacock; great grandsons, Andrew Magouirk and Alaric Durflinger; sister, Lucille Evans of Scottsboro; brothers, Stanley Peacock of Hollytree, Doyle Peacock of Gurley, Robert Sanders of Scottsboro and Billy Sanders of Sterling, Illinois; aunt, Gladys "Aunt Shugg" Cardin of Stevenson; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, A. L. Peacock and Eva Mashburn Sanders Peacock; grandson, William Brody Eggart; sisters, Pauline Sanders Putman, Annie Ruth Sanders Robertson, Dorothy Peacock Jez, Edith Peacock Hanks and Peggy Peacock Hess; brothers, Harold "Buddy" Peacock, Kim Peacock, Paul Peacock and Howard Sanders.
The family will receive friends Saturday, July 18, 2015, at Scottsboro Funeral Home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Services will be held at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, July 19, 2015, at 2 p.m. with Bro. Wayne Williams and Bro. Wayne Walls officiating. Burial will follow at Sanders Mill Creek Cemetery.
