"Mrs. Estelle Danzig, 54, of 515 S. Main St., Athens, formerly of Elmira and widow of George H. Danzig of Elmira, Monday, July 10, 1950, at Sayre, following a brief illness. A native of New York City, she had resided in Elmira for 30 years before moving to Athens about a year ago. She was a member of High Street Temple in Elmira. Survived by daughter, Joan, and mother, Mrs. Fannie Saqui, both of Athens brother E. L. Saqui of New York City; one uncle and several cousins. The body is at the Lowrey Funeral Home, Athens, where friends may call after 7 p.m. today and where funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. Rabbi Norman Siegel of Elmira will officiate.
