Funeral services were held yesterday morning, June 14, at the Toon Funeral Home for Harry Gregory, 74 who passed away at his home, 4903 Firest ave., on Monday, June 12. The Rev. Will Collin, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated at the services. Born in England in 1870, the son of William and Sophie Gregory, he later came to America and in 1895 was married to Louise Leonhart in Lemont. They have made their home in Downers Grove for the past 32 tears. Mr. Gregory was a member of the First Methodist church of Downers Grove. Surviving him are his wife, Louise: a daughter, Pearl: a son, Frank C. of Chicago: a sister, Mrs. Ida Chilvers of Lemont: and three grandchildren. Burial was at the Clarendon Hills cemetery.
