In this grave lies Marjorie Alice [nee Beauchamp] Day, together with the ashes of her brother Frederick Charles Beauchamp and his wife Gisela Ingeborg [nee Zintel] Beauchamp. Marjorie was born 12 Nov 1923 and died 15 May 2011. She was buried here at Grantham Cemetery & Crematorium May/June 2011. Fred (2 Jun 1921 - 28 Jan 1997) was cremated on 6 Feb 1997 here at Grantham Cemetery & Crematorium. Gisela (5 Jul 1934 - 13 Apr 2016) was also cremated at Grantham Cemetery & Crematorium, on 10 May 2016. She had kept Fred's ashes at home and, upon her death, both their ashes were combined into one casket and interred into Marjorie's grave on 20 Sep 2016. Gisela had wanted to ensure a lasting tribute to the Beauchamp family, especially Marjorie, and therefore arranged for a headstone to be erected after Marjorie's death and it was, therefore, already in place prior to Fred and Gisela's ashes being interred.
