Burton D. McGinnis, 63, formerly of Franklin, Pennsylvania, died January 6 in the Philadelphia General Hospital, where he has been a patient periodically since August.
Mr. McGinnis had resided with his son, Vernon McGinnis, of 2636 South Philip Street, Philadelphia, since May of 1950.
He is survived by a son, Vernon and a sister, Mrs. Elsie Ashbaugh of Titusville.
