About 1830 in Laurens District (County), South Carolina Rachel married Lindley ABERCROMBIE, Sr. (1809-1868). The son of Colville Abercrombie, Sr. (1762-1847) and Mary Lindley (1764-1850) of Laurens District (County), South Carolina. Sadly, Rachel passed away twenty years later, due to complications during the birth of her tenth child.
