Margaret "Peggy" Eddins, 82, died in Demopolis, AL on March 14, 2021. Known affectionately by her students as "Teach", Peggy taught English and History at the Demopolis High School for approximately 31 years. Peggy was active in Trinity Episcopal Church, serving on the Altar Guild, and several Demopolis civic organizations, such as the cemetery board.

Peggy is preceded in death by her husband, Edward O. Eddins, Jr.

She is survived by her three children, Edward O. Eddins III (wife Lee Ann), Ellen Eddins Beidler (husband Phil), Katherine Eddins, and her four grandchildren, Ellen Marie Eddins, Will Eddins, Kat Beidler and Julia Anne Pentecost.

On Sunday, March 21, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., there will be a short outdoor service outside of Trinity Episcopal Church in Demopolis near the columbarium with Kirk Funeral Homes, Demopolis Chapel handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, please send a contribution to the Trinity Episcopal Church.
