Maude E. Stanley, 90, a former resident of Daytona Avenue in Holly Hill until moving to Virginia two years ago, died Monday in Chester, Va. She would have been 91 on Oct. 15.
Mrs. Stanley was born in Georgia and lived in the Greater Daytona Beach area for more than 25 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, Harry T., Leesburg; one daughter, Joyce S. Smith, Chester, with whom she lived; two sisters, including Ella Bayless, Daytona Beach; 18 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren. Her body will be sent to the Philbrick & Sons Funeral Home, Coral Way, Miami, for service and burial.
