Mabel Cleo Cardwell was born to John Thomas Cardwell and Mary Ann "Molly" Thompson in Chappell Hill, Texas. She married Frank M Wells July 12 1914. She lived most of her life in Navasota. They had a daughter Dorothy Mae Wells 8 Aug 1916 who died age 15 on 12 Apr 1931. Mabel and Frank divorced about that time and never remarried. As far as I know there is no headstone, but both Frank, his second wife and Dorothy is buried in Oakland Cememtery. Her death certificate shows she also is buried in Oakland.
