Jannette Roberts Parker, 82, of O'Brien, Florida, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007 at her residence following a long illness. She was born March 21, 1925 in Shady Grove, Florida, the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland and Nannie Cornelia Smith Lewis. Mrs. Parker married Walter Roberts and moved to the O'Brien, Florida area in 1946 from Taylor County, Florida, where they raised their family and she lived her life. She was a homemaker, postmistress of the O'Brien Post Office for over 30 years, farmer and owner-operator of W.E. T. Farm in O'Brien, Florida. She was member of O'Brien Baptist Church, O'Brien, Florida where she served as Sunday school teacher and church secretary. Mrs. Parker dedicated her life to her family and her Lord.Survivors include one daughter, Nan Snider and Andy of O'Brien, Florida; a daughter-in-law, Tina Roberts of O'Brien, Florida; one step-daughter, Pat Parker Ezell and Wayne of Jacksonville, Florida; one son, Eddy Roberts and Mary of O'Brien, Florida; two sisters-in-law, Marie Winburn of Mayo, Florida and Doris Lewis of Perry, Florida; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Parker is predeceased by husbands, Walter Roberts and Marion Parker and one son, Ted Roberts.
