Mrs. Tolbert is predeceased in death by her parents, Eva Louise Snell, Artha and Jewel Bynum, and mother-in-law Emogene Odom.
Mrs. Tolbert will have visitation Sunday February 28th, 2021 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lemley Chapel and will lie in state at Harmony Baptist Church from 12 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.
