Thomas D Biery, 75, of Dayton died in Home Hospital, Lafayette, at 12:45 pm Monday. He had been a patient since Jan 5, when he fell and sustained a broken hip. Born in Dayton, he was a retired bricklayer. He was a 50-year member of Bricklayers Local No.11 and a member of Masonic Lodge No. 103. He was a member of the Dayton Presbyterian Church having served as trustee, deacon, and elder. In 1917 he married Ann Gibson who survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs Harold Moore of Rossville, and Mrs Joe Kirkhoff of Rt 4, and two brothers, Miles and Kenneth, both of Rt 5, Lafayette. Burial at Dayton Cemetery.
