John Junior, little ten month old son of John and Florence Owen Lockman, passed away at the home of his parents in Chicago Sunday night, after only a few days' illness of locked bowels. The remains were brought to the Spurgeon Undertaking Parlors at Kurtz Monday night and the funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Clearspring Baptist Church, in charge of Rev. Raymond Keithley, assisted by Rev. Winters. Burial in the Clearspring Cemetery. Besides the parents, who are former Owen Township residents, he leaves two brothers and one sister, all at home, and the four grandparents. Mr. Lockman is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lute Lockman of Owen township.
