MRS. JENNIE M. FREESE
Mrs. Jennie Marie Garrison Freese, age 38, of rural route No. 1, LaPorte, passed away at the Holy Family hospital this morning shortly before 2 o'clock after a short illness. She was born here on April 29, 1901, the daughter of Bert and Jennie Garrison, and had lived in LaPorte county all her life. On Aug. 25, 1917, she was married here to Murriel Freese. Surviving are one son, Lawrence Freese, at home; a granddaughter, Marjorie Freese; her mother of LaPorte, three sisters, Mrs. Arthur Birkholz, Mrs. Carl Isbell and Mrs. Viola Aylor, all of LaPorte, and four brothers, Clarence Parker, Bert Garrison, and Cecil Garrison, all of LaPorte, and Floyd Garrison of Michigan City. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:30 at the Haverstock funeral home, the Rev. Clyde H. Lininger officiating. Burial will be in Patton cemetery.
