Old Mr. Burk, from near Kouts, died yesterday at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Peter Kinslow, who lives about three miles from this city, aged 90. His funeral service was conducted to-day at St. Paul's Church by Rev. M. O'Reilly, and the body was buried in the new Catholic Cemetery.
