Surviving are a sister, Sue (Harvey) Staib, rural Tiffin, Ohio and a brother, Robert Allison, Tiffin, Ohio plus two nephews, Nathan Staib, Berwick, Ohio and Christopher Staib, McCutchenville, Ohio. Also surviving are five great nieces and nephews.
Chuck worked in HVAC and Refrigeration for Droll Refrigeration Service, Fostoria, Ohio. He was a 1977 graduate of Hopewell Loudon High School and attended Terra Technical College in Fremont, Ohio. He also was a member of the NRA.
For hobbies, Chuck loved to ride his Harley, going to Sturgis quite a few times. He loved to hunt and trap, run remote controlled airplanes, was a military buff, and loved to get together with family. He especially loved to cook chili over an open fire for family and friends.
A memorial graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery, Tiffin, Ohio on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Paul Stark officiating.
