Mrs. Margaret Myers died at the Pacific Christian hospital Tuesday morning at 7:30 o'clock at the age of 43 years. Her home is at 967 Patterson street. She had been assistant manager of the millinery department at the McMorran and Washburne store. She had been ill for several weeks.

Mrs. Myers was born March 23, 1889 in Freeport, Michigan. She was a member of the Catholic church in Eugene.

She is survived by her widower, A.M. Myers; one daughter, Clara Fahe; two brothers, J.T. and F.A. McDonald, both of Longview; five sisters, Mrs. R.E. Goldon, Walla Walla, Miss Grace McDonald, Portland, Mrs. James Whitlock, Bend, Mrs. William Lynch, Hall, Wash., Mrs. Julius Mantha, Oregon City. She came to Eugene in 1927 from Portland.
The rosary will be said at Branstetter chapel, Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock.

Funeral services are to be held Thursday morning at 9 o'clock at the St. Mary's Catholic church, Rev. Frances P. Leipzig, officiating. The body will be sent to Vancouver for interment in St. James Acres cemetery. Register Guard, Eugene, Oregon, 12 Jul 1932, Tuesday

1930 census shows Archie M. Myer, 48, Margaret E. Myer, 41, and Claire Fahe, 18, daughter, living in Eugene, Oregon. Archie and Claire were both born in Oregon.

Elizabeth McDermott Mantha Argianas and Catherine Agnes McDermott Whitlock were half sisters. Their father was John McDermott.
