MRS. THERESA NAPPA MINGOLELLI, 71, of 516 Hiawatha Blvd. East, died yesterday in University Hospital. Mrs. Mingolelli was a native of Italy and resided in Syracuse 55 years. She was a communicant of Pentecostal Christian Assembly. Surviving are three sons, Gerald J., Orlando F. and Norman L. Mingolelli; four daughters, Mrs. John Maurillo, Mrs. Mary Bettis, Mrs. Nunziato Del Popolo and Mrs. Dominick Sindone; four brothers, Morris J. of Miami, Fla., John Michael and Carmen Nappa; two sisters, Mrs. Jerry Maglione and Mrs. Joseph DeVita Sr., 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Fannie & Son Funeral Home and at 10:30 am. in the Pentecostal Christian Assembly, the Rev. Frank Maccarone officiating. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 723 James St.
