City detectives are treating as homicide the death of an 82-year-old woman, found in her west end apartment overnight. An autopsy disclosed that Martha Davies of apartment 102, 1521 Burnaby, died of a heart attack but homicide detectives said there were bruises on the woman's larynx and there was evidence of a sexual attack. Police said they do not know the motive for the crime, although some money was taken from the woman's apartment.
