Pearline McRoy Ferrell, age 87, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston, MO.

She was born April 23, 1933 in LaForge, MO to the late Newt McRoy and Pearl Leora Holden McRoy.

On July 15, 1956, she married Randy Orman Ferrell, who preceded her in death May 22, 2016.

Pearline was a member of General Baptist Church of Morehouse and had worked for the Western Southern Life Insurance Company before retiring.

She is survived by one daughter, Debbie Ferrell of Morehouse; three nieces, Barbara McRoy and Janet Hampton both of Sikeston and Mary Jane Fieser of Jackson, MO; and one nephew, Joey McRoy.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Newt J. McRoy and Cecil McRoy; three sisters, Lorene McRoy Higgerson, Maimie McRoy King, and Virginia McRoy Duefer; and one nephew, Larry McRoy.

There will be private graveside services held at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
