Archie B. Miller

May 19, 1918 – September 19, 2006

Archie Miller of Lexington passed away at Oakland Manor in Giddings on September 19, 2006. He was 88 years of age. Warren Pustejovsky officiated at the funeral service held at Phillips & Luckey Chapel on September 22nd. Burial was in the Lexington Cemetery.

Archie was born on May 19, 1918 in Allen, Texas to Jessie and Annie Hyden Miller. He and Aline Miller were married on October 24, 1947. He retired from Mobil Oil Corp. as a Plant Supervisor. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Johnny E. Boggus.

He is survived by his wife, Aline of Lexington, son, William L. Miller and wife Paula of Lexington; brother Cliff Miller and wife Christine of Karnes City; sister, Toby B. Webster of Baird; grandchildren, Brandon Miller, Ashley Miller, Dustin Miller and wife Katie all of Lexington and Eddy Boggus and wife Lisa of Oklahoma City; great granchildren Dustin Miller and Ryan Faupel of Lexington, Lana Boggus and Laci Boggus of Oklahoma City; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Chester and Agnes Doucet of Evangeline, La.
