Anna Winovich, age 98, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Thursday, Aug. 4, 2005 in T.M.C.E.
She was born Oct. 10, 1906 in Export, Pa., the daughter of the late Mike and Mary (Vrlenich) Godick. She is also preceded in death by her husband Samuel C. Winovich; three brothers, Samuel, Mike and Nick Godick; four sisters, Martha Triacheff, Mildred Williams, Mitzie Rubino and Mary Lorenz; and one grandson, Michael A. Yuricic.
Surviving are three daughters, Dotty Winovich of Columbus, Violet Recchie (Eusabio) and Cecelia Yuricic (Samuel) both of Steubenville; one brother, George (Rose) Godick of Bloomingdale, Ohio; three sisters, Betty Rothwell, Estelle Trenga and Violet Simulia, all of Wilmerding, Pa.; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Anna was a member of The Word of Life Fellowship in Steubenville.
Calling hours are Sunday from 4-8 p.m. at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, where Services will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8, with Rev. David Parker officiating. Burial in Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
