Mary P. Raulerson

Mary Frances Pittman Raulerson, 60, of Waycross died Thursday evening at Northeast Florida Community Hospice after an extended illness. She was born in Waycross to the late Edgar Pittman and Louise Proctor Pittman and lived here all of her life. Mrs. Raulerson was a Private Medical Sitter and a member of Waresboro Baptist Church. She was very active with her family and with her church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Raulerson, one brother, James Pittman, two sisters, Carolyn Pittman and Violet Richardson.
Survivors include her husband, Billy D. Raulerson, Sr., Waycross, one daughter, Mary Louise Smith (Philip), Augusta, GA, two sons, Bill Raulerson, Atlanta, Christopher Raulerson, Waycross, five grandchildren, Benjamin Philip Smith (Rachael), Augusta, GA, Amanda Raulerson, Kayla Raulerson, Christina Raulerson, Christopher Raulerson, Jr., all of Waycross, one great-grandson, Carson Philip Smith, Augusta, GA, two brothers, Edgar Pittman, Waycross, Don Pittman, Waycross, three sisters, Ruthie Taylor (Clint), Talbot, TN, Dot Waldron (Otis), Jesup, Wonice Crews (Gene), Waycross, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. at Miles-Odum Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Kettle Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
