She was the daughter of , William Preston Davis & Mary Ellen Scalf. She married , Thomas Thurman Ballard on July 1st , 1908 in Chicago , KY ~ which later incorporated into St. Francis. Together they had " 2 " children : Austin T. Ballard & James Leo Ballard. It was believed that she had died as a result of valvular heart disease. Her stone indicates her year of birth as 1894 ~ in accordance to family documents & her death certificate she was born in 1890.
