Mina was known for her poetry, songwriting and antique collecting. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was lifelong Baptist and a faithful servant of God.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Larry and Kenneth Simpson.
At time of death she was survived by her husband, Bobby Cox of Graham; sons, Cecil Thaddeus Simpson of High Rolls,N.M., and Bobby Ray Simpson of Ft. Worth; stepson, Eddy Cox of Stephenville; stepdaughters, Carol Holder of Graham and Darla Stevens of Dublin.
