Mr. Loyd Donnie Webb, age 63, of Newport, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Newport Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jay Warren Webb and Ina Mae Webb; brother Clifford Jay Webb; step father Charles Mitchell.
Survivors include his children Donnie Ray Webb and Amy Hall both of Newport; two grandchildren; brothers Ronnie (Barbara) Webb and Edward Wayne (Susan) Webb; sisters Ellen Webb, Anita Dees, Diane (Wayne) Valentine all of Newport and Brenda (John) Wright of Morristown and companion Betty Jane Gregg of Newport. Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews including Dustin Webb of Newport, cousins and friends.
