Carol Carr, Age 78, of Lynwood, IL, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.
She is survived by Husband, Nelson Carr; Brother, Dr. Dennis and Sarah Wagner; Son, Russel and Anna Leep; Step-son; Kris Carr; Step-Daughters, Shelby Brown, and Stacie Carr; Step-Grandchildren, Alexandra Carr, Kara Carr, Wyatt Brown, James Carr, Cayden Griffin, and Peyton Griffin.
Preceding her in death; Parents, Leroy and Sofie Wagner.
Carol and Nelson were married on December 23, 1978. (41 years). She was a retired teacher from Lake Station Community School. She attended Hammond High (1960) and graduated from Hope College. (1964)
Visitation will be held at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Rd), Highland, IN 46322 on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, with a funeral service following immediately at 12:00 pm. Pastor Rich Bawinkle officiating. A private graveside service will be held at the Carr Family Cemetery in Cadiz, KY. Goodwin Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
