An aged Indian, Kah-tah-ke-mong-quah, AKA Auntie Beaver, died at the home of John Wadsworth, six miles east of Miami, Saturday, at the age of 101.
She was a Wea by blood and a Peoria by adoption.
She was born in Indiana and moved to Miami, county, Kansas in 1852, where she lived until her tribe moved to this area. A brother, John Charley survives her, who is said to be over ninety years of age.
