Dorothy B. Fields, 91, formerly of Three Springs, PA, died Friday, November 13, 2020 at the Fulton County Medical Center - Long Term Care Unit, McConnellsburg, PA.

Born on April 2, 1929 in Cromwell Township, PA, she was the daughter of the late Leslie W. and Lucinda F. (Runk) Covert. She was married to Jesse I. Fields on April 25, 1958 in Three Springs, PA. Jesse preceded in death on January 9, 2008.

Mrs. Fields is survived by two daughters and a son: Connie Mills and husband Kevin of Burnt Cabins, PA; Esther Armstrong and husband Jamie of Shippensburg, PA; and Timothy Fields and wife Tracey Lee White-Fields of Three Springs, PA.

Three grandchildren: Jeremy Mills of Los Angeles, CA; Emilee Fisher and husband Kyle of Moshannon, PA; and Tanner Fields of Three Springs, PA; one great granddaughter: Karlee Fisher; two step-grandchildren: Wesley Armstrong and wife Sabrina; Hayley Shew and husband Zach and their children Paislee, Madison and August survive.

Also surviving are three sisters and one brother: Mildred Booher of Orbisonia, PA; Erma Ulsh of Rockhill Furnace, PA; Esther Covert of Huntingdon, PA; and John B. Covert of Venice, FL. Siblings that preceded in death are: Clifford Covert; Myrtle Knepper; Wilbert Covert; Amanda Plank; E. Leroy Covert; and Richard Covert.

She was loved by many nieces and nephews.

She was a graduate of Orbisonia High School and was a member of the Cromwell United Bible Church, Three Springs, PA.

Mrs. Fields was a homemaker and had worked at local sewing factories.

She enjoyed quilting, gardening, puzzles and horses.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the Cromwell United Bible Church, 19799 Hill Valley Rd, Three Springs, PA with Pastor Richard Bernhard officiating. Interment will be at Cherry Grove Cemetery, Three Springs, PA. Friends may call at the church from 6 - 8 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
