Frances Lorene Shay, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN.

She was a retired secretary from the Department of Human Services and a member of Chapel Grove Church of Christ.

Mrs. Shay was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Shay; parents, Evans and Beulah Houser Crews; and three sisters, Fanny Hill, Nona Guthrie, and Mildred Smith.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, November 06, 2020 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Friday, November 06, 2020. Interment will follow at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery in Ethridge, TN.
