Ilene died October 23, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Shelby County, TN.
She was born June 6, 1943 in Alcorn Co. MS to the late Lesley “Les” Langston and Laura Mae Inman Langston. She was a retired factory worker. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Aaron Langston, Jack Langston, Duley Langston, Ray Langston; sisters, Eva Cartwright, Janice Cox, Irene Johnson, and Betty Brooks.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Cooksey; sister, Sheila Hales; and a host of nieces and nephews.
