Mrs. Amy Hull Ransdell, age 31, and her unborn daughter, Emma Kathryn Hull Ransdell, died Friday, December 9, 1994 at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was the daughter of Thomas and Joan Hull of Greeneville, TN. She was an attorney for the U. T. County Technical Advisory Services in Nashville, a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and the University of Memphis Law School. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and Chi Omega sorority. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church. Survivors, in addition to her parents, include: her husband, William Keith Ransdell, Nashville; one sister, Leslie Welsch, Knoxville; and one brother, Brandon Hull of Greeneville. She is also survived by her father-in law and mother-in-law, Franklin and Nancy Ransdell of Harrodsburg. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 13 at the Asbury United Methodist Church with the Rev. Brent Hall officiating. Burial was in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Pallbearers were Judge Eugene Siler, Robert Weir, Tom Wright, Paul Moore, Jr., Gene King, Buford Chamberlain, Ben Thomas, Wayne Yeager and Lloyd Saulsbury. Memorials are suggested to the Amy Hull Ransdell Scholarship Fund, c/o Asbury United Methodist Church, 201 South Main St., Greeneville, TN 37743.
