Services Friday For Miss Kemp
Gloucester - Miss Bertha Estelle Kemp, 75, died Wednesday in a Richmond hospital. She was a member of Bellamy Methodist Church and a charter member of both the American Legion Auxiliary, Unit No. 75, and Gloucester Chapter 1312, Women of the Moose.
She is survived by two sisters, Miss A. Elizabeth Kemp of Gloucester and Mrs. O. H. Shackelford of Baltimore, and two brothers, Claudius H. Kemp and Samuel T. Kemp, both of Gloucester.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday in the Bellamy Methodist Church cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Moody G. Wooten.
