Mrs. Kemp's Rites Sunday
Gloucester, Feb. 17 - Martha Elizabeth Kemp, 80, died at her home here Thursday.
She is survived by three daughters, Miss Estelle and Elizabeth Kemp of Gloucester, and Mrs. O. H. Shackelford of Baltimore, Md.; three sons, Sam, Claude and William, all of Gloucester; four half-sisters, Mrs. Wingfield Clements of Bellamy, Mrs. Willard Booker and Mrs. Floyd Walker, both of Sassafras, and Mrs. William Davis of Dare; four half-brothers, Hannie Hall of Ordinary, and Joe, John and Palis Hall of Short Lane; three grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
The body will be at the residence in Gloucester until 2:30 Sunday, when the cortege will leave for Bellamy Methodist Church for funeral services at 3 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Clarence England. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
