Alma, 84, formerly of 1125 Nagel St., St. Marys, died at St. Marys Living Center.

She was born to Herman and Catherine (Huecker) Berning. On April 29, 1942, she married John J. Davis, who died in 1975.

Surviving are three sons, John (Ann) and Terry (Charlotte), all St. Marys, and Fred (Kris Stalzer), Toledo; three daughters, Linda Mills, Union City, IN, Dixie Mortimer, Lima, and Jennifer (Gary) Heffner, St. Marys; 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, a great-great-grandchild and five stepgreat-grandchildren.

Deceased are a son, Jerry; a son-in-law, Richard Mills; three sisters; six brothers; two grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 52 years of service and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
