CAMERON - Services for Sue Locklin Eanes Brod Watson, 83, of Cameron were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9, 2005, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Norton officiating

Mrs. Watson died Tuesday, Jan. 4, at her home.

A homemaker, she was born Nov. 11, 1921, in Thorndale to Andrew and Pearl (Baird) Locklin.

She had worked for B&B Studio, Milam County, and as a dispatcher for the Cameron Police Department.

Mrs. Watson was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church in Cameron.

Three husbands, John Philip Eanes Sr., Edwin (Zeke) Brod and Bennie Watson, preceded her in death.

Survivors are a son, John Philip Eanes Jr. and wife Marilyn of Round Rock; a brother, Billy Joe Locklin of Lockhart; two grandchildren, John Michael Eanes and wife Kristy of Houston and Christina Ann Starnes and husband David of Georgetown; two great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lora Eanes and Hailey Elizabeth Starnes; numerous nephews and nieces; and dedicated caregivers Nancy Leftwich, Ella Mueck, Mary Strickland, Britta Johnson and Edith Weaver.

Memorials may be made to Vista Care Hospice, American Cancer Society or the charity of donor's choice.
