Obituary: Jefferson City News Tribune, July 1983

Mrs. Orpha D. Buster, 83, of Eugene, died Thursday, July 21,
1983, at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. She was born July 30, 1899, to Cordell and Arizona Wyrick Henley. On May 20, 1922, she was married at Spring Garden to Basil Wright Buster, who died June 10, 1973.

Mrs. Buster was a member of the Eugene Christian Church.

Surviving her are a son, Billy Joe Buster of Jefferson City; two daughters, Evelyn Cunningham of Lee's Summit and Peggy Jones of Russellville and two sisters, Jewell Henley and Josephine Ballard, both of Mayflower, Ark.; and 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Neal Paris officiating. Burial was in Eugene Cemetery under the direction of Griswold-Kays Funeral Home of Eldon.
