ERNEST H. ALDEN
SANGERVILLE-Ernest H. Alden, 88, died April 27, 1985 at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born May 24, 1896, in Sebec, the son of Walter and Leonora Alden. He worked for many years as a weaver in local woolen mills. He is survived by his wife, Ruby Alden of Sangerville; two sons, Frederick of California and Sterling of Georgia; two daughters, Elaine Alden of Belfast and Mrs. Wesley (Connie) Parkman Jr. of Milo, 10 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Neal Funeral Home, Guilford, with the pastor Timothy Cronin officiating. Burial will be in Lawn Cemetery, Guilford. Friends may call at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Monday. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send donations to the Tumor Clinic, care of Mayo Regional Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft.
