FORD - Funeral of Miss Bessie Ford, 86, of 1719 North Cotner, who died Thursday, will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Bethany Christian Church, the Rev. Carl A. Burkhardt Jr. officiating. Soloists, Rev. and Mrs. Burkhardt. Organist, Mrs. Marjorie Matson Smith. Burial Fairview Cemetery. She was born in Marshalltown, Iowa and lived in Lincoln for 66 years where she was a member of Bethany Christian Church. Survivors: sisters, Mrs. Maude Matson, Mrs. Freda Epler, Mrs. Verna Austin, all of Lincoln, Mrs. Florence Housel of Broken Bow, Miss Lucille Ford of San Gabriel, California and Mrs. Miriam Ellis of Berkely, California; 9 nieces, 7 nephews.
