Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Iota for Elzora "Zokie" Quebodeaux Pousson, 78, of Iota. The Reverend Mikel Polson, pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be observed at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in Iota, with a rosary to be recited.

She is survived by her husband, Roland Pousson of Iota; two daughters, Mrs. Kevin (Melinda) Crowley of Tallahassee, FL and Mrs. Tony (Lynn Ann) Royer of Jennings; a step-daughter, Mrs. Clyde (Patricia) Webb of Youngsville; two step-sons, Donald Pousson and his wife, Phyllis, and Richard Pousson, all of Iota; four sisters, Mrs. Calvin (Addlia) Andrepont of Iota, Mrs. Gary (Virginia) Lejeune of Egan, Mrs. Dale (Margery) Patin of Lafayette, and Mrs. Joyce Thibodeaux of Rayne; eight grandchildren, Scott A. Trahan and wife, Melissa, of Tampa, FL, Devon and Baylee Royer of Jennings, Cassidy and Dusty Bucks of Abbeville, and Jason, Harley, and Katelyn Pousson of Iota.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Godsay Quebodeaux and Ida Doucet Quebodeaux, two sisters, Ethel Pousson and Clarice Thibodeaux. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Mike Smith, who was listed as MIA during the Korean Conflict.
