Mrs. Campbell buried here on Monday

Mrs. Lee Rodgers Campbell died in the Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital on August 28. Services were held Monday afternoon at three o'clock from the Winona Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend W. M. Hull and the Reverend Leslie Nabors were the officiating ministers. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.

Mrs. Campbell, the daughter of Wm. F. and Luna Collins Rodgers, was born in Montgomery County and had spent her life in this county. She was 67 and a member of the New Hope Methodist Church. She had been ill for several months.

She is survived by her husband, David Campbell of Winona, one daughter, Miss Odine Campbell of Jackson, a son, Kenneth Lee Campbell of Belzoni; four sisters, Mrs. Marshall Bennett, Mrs. Percy McCoy, of Winona; Mrs. Alvan Matthews of Columbia, Tenn., and a half-sister, Mrs. Leith Bennett of Winona, a brother, William Rodgers of Columbus, a half-brother, Less Rodgers of Winona, and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers were: Harry Shumaker, Charles Vernon Howard, Leo Blaylock, J. T. Blaylock, James O'Neal, Bodine Tompkins, Charles Osborne, Ethridge Caffey.
