Reinhard, Graf und Herr von Neipperg, was the eldest son of Erwin, Graf und Herr von Neipperg, and his second wife, Prinzessin Rosa von Lobkowicz. He was married in Praha, Bohemia on June 30, 1880 to Gräfin Gabrielle von Waldstein, Herrin von Wartenberg, by whom he had seven children.
