Grant Davis, Utah's oldest teenager passed away on November 13, 2015 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born to Lynn & Gwen Davis on June 26, 1939 in Panguitch, Utah. He graduated from Panguitch High School and attended the University of Utah. Grant was a car builder, fabricator, car collector, hot rodder and a race car driver. He was also a master jeweler. He loved hamburgers, shakes and the color white. He enjoyed showing his cars at the car shows and cruising at night, where he was always surrounded with friends. Grants greatest love was his white Avelate Corvette and the Salt Flats Annual Speed Trials every year. No matter where you went with Grant there was always someone who knew him. He had a great smile, always willing to give a helping hand, great personality, great memory with people's names and places. Grant was a movie extra in the show "Slaughter of the Innocence". He was a gentleman and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by 2 sisters, Bette Davis & Barbara Gendel. Also a Special Thanks to a terrific friend, Herm Ruseler & his wife Claudia, everyone needs a great friend like Herm!
In Honor of Grant and to celebrate his life we are waiting until
June 25, 2016 in Salt Lake City, so that family, friends, and
Auto enthusiast across the country can participate.
