Funeral services for Mrs. James H.F. Randolph, 82, a lifelong resident of the Ladora community, were held Saturday July 13, at the Methodist church in Ladora. The Rev. Hugh Williams officiated. Burial was in the Koszta cemetery. She died from an attack of flu on Thursday, July 11.
Emma Ingraham, daughter of Mason and Esther Ingraham, was born on a farm in Honey Creek township, five miles northwest of Ladora, March 25, 1858. March 12, 1890 she was united in marriage with James H.F. Randolph. They settled on a farm near the parental homestead, residing there until in 1917 when they moved to Ladora, where they have since made their home.
Surviving are the husband and three children, Merritt Randolph of Victor, Mrs. Adella Clevenger and Mrs. Esther Sloan of Ladora. She leaves also two brothers, Bradford of Sunnyside, Washington and Mason of Moorland, Oklahoma; one sister, Mrs. Esther Croft of near Ladora and nine grandchildren.
