Dodd, a native of Attala County, died Jan. 19, 1995, at his residence. He was a member of the Jackson Street First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary B. Dodd of Kosciusko, MS; three daughters, Mrs. Margie Scott and Ms. Martha Dodd of New Brunswick, NJ; Ms. Patricia Dodd of Bell Flower, CA; two sons, Anthony Dodd of Amarillo, TX; Lamar Dodd of New Brunswick, NJ; also a sister, Ms. Maudie Dodd of Kansas City, MO; brothers, William Dodd of Milwaukee, WI; Rufus Dodd of Kansas City, MO; and Marshall Dodd of Kosciusko, MS; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Rev. Walter L. Johnson, Jr., officiated.
Burial in the Kosciusko City Cemetery.
Myricks Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Anthony Dodd, Lamar Dodd, Marshall Dodd,
