Bert was born January 5, 1956 in Hennessey, Oklahoma to Matt and Minnie(Kessler) Choate and died suddenly at his home Sunday, December 22, 2013.
He was a mason worker his entire life.
He is survived by his wife Sam, sisters; Madonna, Carol, Joyce, Connie,Sally, and Nita, also several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his parents and three brothers; Mike, Danny, and David.
